Foster Update 8/21/2010: Bashful has fit right in with our family! She's great with the other dogs and pretty much ignores the cat. She loves snuggling on the couch and hoping into bed at night with me. She's super smart and has picked up the routine like a pro! Apparently she'd had little experience with steps but after an hour of coaxing (and lots of training treats) she made it up to the second floor and was rewarded with nap time in the bedroom with the pack! Good Girl! Now she goes up and down with no problems. Bashful is learning to play and function around lots of different people, animals, and noises. She's not scared of the vacuum, goes in and out of her crate with no problems, and has not had ANY accidents in the house! WOWSERS! Bashful is a great puppy and while she's playful... is not ramy or a rough houser. She will play when you want her to, or snuggle and chill out when its 'quiet time'. I'm so impressed with this girl and know you will be too! I'll sure be sad to see her go but know she will make some family very happy and can't wait for her to find her forever home.
